Return & refund

Customers may request a return within 15 days from the date of delivery. Returns made after this period cannot be accommodated.


ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and maintained in its original condition. All tags and labels must remain intact. Proof of purchase, such as an Order ID or Invoice, is required to process any return. Please note that certain products including personal care items, innerwear, accessories, and customized or altered products are non-returnable.


RETURN VERIFICATION AND PICKUP
Upon receiving a return request, our pickup agent will visit the delivery address to collect the item. The agent will verify the product against the return details provided in the request. Returns that meet our Quality Check (QC) standards will be accepted and marked as QC Passed. Items that fail the QC due to usage, damage, missing tags, or other reasons will be rejected and returned to the customer.
